In this high impact programme we will help and challenge you to create your own business plan, including a winning sales and marketing strategy. The Strategic Selling course is only the beginning of your journey. The challenge is to put your new knowledge to work now and to start to achieve the growth in your business you have always wanted.

Programme 1 consists of a half day in which we help you create a powerful sales plan for your business.
 We will help you

  • Build a timed, goal-driven plan to generate real growth quickly
  • Identify the barriers to your success and how to overcome them
 
The programme price is reduced to £300 (from £500) if you book this within one month of attending the course.
 
Programme 2 consists of 3 half day focussed coaching and guiding sessions, spread over a 3 month period, and taking place at your premises. In this programme you will be able to review all the material presented in the course and create a clear plan of action to use it to achieve spectacular sales growth over the coming year.
 
The price is reduced to £1100 if the sessions are booked within 1 month of taking the Strategic Selling course (normal price £1500)
