This programme is designed primarily for the very small business, employing one or two people. You will probably be extremely pressed for time, and will be achieving turnover  under £100,000 a year. You may already be confident of your sales ability and just want to keep yourself on top form, or you may be looking for a lot of guidance, help and support, while being budget constrained.
 
Every programme is designed individually for each client, but most of our telephone based clients talk to us twice a month, and use the time to review progress made, discuss plans for the next two or three weeks, and reflect on the things that have prevented them achieving their very best performance at specific times. You will be enjoying seeing success in your sales and marketing and feeling more and more positive about your business and confident in yourself.
 
In order to attend our telephone coaching programme you will first need to attend our Strategic Selling course. This will provide you with all the knowledge you need to take your business forward in leaps and bounds. Much of the coaching you request from us will be around the issues covered on this course as it is designed to address all the sales and marketing issues faced by small businesses.
