A recruitment company

This client is a recruitment agency specialising in temporary industrial staff in local area.
Established 9 years ago, it had been very successful. But after a few difficult years, the owners didn’t know where to start to get things back on track.
 
What they did know was that they didn’t want to be just like the many other recruitment companies, and having a great reputation was essential to them.
 
They joined our Optimum Performance programme in late 2007, just as the recession was taking effect, and we took them through the 9 step process to achieving spectacular sales results.
 
We worked with the owners to
  • Create a one page business plan
  • Develop a sales and marketing strategy to achieve the plan
  • Put in place weekly targets
  • Create action plans to ensure the targets were met
  • Create unique ways of communicating with existing customers
  • Identify ideal new customers
  • Find unusual and exciting ways of approaching them
 
It took some time for the changes to show results, but by the end of the first year the company had exceeded the sales target for the 5 year plan. The owners currently expect to have doubled their business over the first two years they have been working with us.
