This was a short term project to establish the feasibility of building a distribution network for this client.
The client had entered into an agreement with a Far Eastern supplier, which enabled him to import high quality products at a very competitive price. He had been working with an agent for a year and had had little success.
We helped the client identify the key buying motivators for his target market.

- Created a multiple set direct mail campaign
- Put in place measurement systems for the project
The result
After three months, and two months from sending the first direct mail piece, the client had 12 new customers (from 86 originally approached) and had trebled his business from distributors.
