Ginny is based in Leicestershire and coaches clients in Leicestershire.
 
After leaving college Ginny spent 5 years at the Royal Aircraft Establishment, Farnborough, on the Scientific Officer Training Scheme. There she was involved in a number of early laser guidance trials.
 
From there she moved into the electronic component market, working for a number of major Global manufacturers, first in sales support, and subsequently as UK and Scandinavian Sales Manager.
 
She moved into the distribution market in 1992, as Area Sales Manager for the new and rapidly growing specialist company, Flint Distribution. There Ginny developed the area, increasing turnover from £300,000 to over £2million in just 2 years.
 
As a result of this growth a support sales person was taken on and Ginny managed the growing team to achieve £5 million turnover and £1.6 million gross profit.
 
This success led to a promotion to Regional manager, and after further significant growth achieved by that team, (to £10 million), she was promoted to Sales Director, managing a team of 15 people.
