Precept Optimum Performance was founded by Phil and Ginny Atherton in September 2005 because they saw a need for really high quality sales coaching and training among Small and Medium sized businesses in their local area.
Nowhere could a business owner get both professional help with their sales development and the training to continue building their business independently. Having built up and run successful businesses themselves, they wanted to help other local entrepreneurs to do the same.
